As my husband and I began our journey as a vending machine owner and operators, We set out to cultivate a relationship with a local distributor. VendMedic was top rated by Google and close to home. I also saw their service truck while driving one day and knew it had to be a sign. I called the number and was pleasantly greeted by Mr. Bill. He confirmed that it was a sign and invited me down to his warehouse. My husband and I visited a few days later. He walked us around and gave a some very good info. 30 days later our first location was secured and we immediately called him to let him know. He cheered us on and again invited us down to pick out a good snack machine. I will continue to use VendMedic for all of my equipment needs.

Amazing amazing!!! I am just getting into the vending business and i have 6 machines that needed service and credit card readers. I found Vendmedic on google called them and i spoke to Bill then Vince and both were amazing over the phone! Both answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable to hire them to service and put credit card readers on my machines. Vince came out and was amazing i called him the vending machine guru! He knows everything you need to know about all types of machines. He taught me,fixed my machines, and installed all 6 readers in one day! Let me tell you he was amazing,friendly, and installed and fixed everything in a timely manner. In the future i am def using Vendmedic for ALL my vending machine needs not even a question best company for all your vending machine needs highly recommended!

OMG Can you say LIFE SAVER!!!!! First let me start off by saying I was a bit confused with getting my appointment. I left a message inquiry on the website and I did get a response back, but then I got a text about an appointment when I never set anything up. It was later explained that they set appointments and on the day of the appointment the tech will call and give you an exact timing. So do not get fustrated on that part. Now for the good stuff.

So I got a tech name Vince and let me tell you, HE IS THE BEST!!!!! We were able to set up a time and he met me at my vending location. I have to tell you that I was really nervous because I was spending money on a vending machine that hasn't even had time to give back yet. Anyway, Vince came in and saved the day not only did he fix my problems (both vending machines), he gave me a quick lesson on my vending machine and really did a great job helping me to understand what I had. He is very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience. I also found out that Vendmedic offers a lot of services that I will need in the future. After my appointment the price was very reasonable (as you pay distance and time) and that was great. They have won a new customer. I am so glad because i have found there's not a lot of honest people in this game. Thank you Vince and Vendmedic, I am truly grateful for all the help.

Excellent service! Vince is the best repair specialist out there. He is always letting me know what he’s fixing and always giving great advice on how to keep our soda machine in good shape. I would highly recommend VendMedic to anyone looking for their vending machines to be serviced.
