A lovely shopping experience with many unique and fairly priced items. The cafe had amazing chicken burgers and staff werw friendly. We got lovely gifts for a few people.

I've loved this place for years but was disappointed today.

Hubby and I have always ordered pickup, but today we decided to treat ourselves and dine-in.

The female that served us this morning
(Brunette hair, she had a yellow star pimple patch sticker on her forehead, around 25years old, long knee-length shorts, black and white high top chucks) was EXTREMELY rude. She could not have cared less if we dropped dead. Horrible attitude and look on her face. I think she might have even roller her eyes at us.

We were nothing but polite to her while ordering and she was very condescending, and did not want to be there.

We decided to dine in today, to celebrate the news of finding out we are having a baby. A very happy day for us; really turned sour by the treatment of this individual employee.

In the past, when I go in to pick up take out orders I've always been greeted by extremely lovely servers and staff have always gone out of their way to be friendly and say hello.

Today was something different.

We will give Vend another chance and not let one employee ruin a great run. But if we're treated like this again we'll definitely take our $80 for lunch elsewhere.

(For reference, if any staff and employees read this, we are the couple that couldn't turn the dog tap off this morning, approx 11:15am outside at table 24.)

Relaxed outdoor (shaded) and indoor dining areas; ample space for children to run around and play. Great variety of local and imported products. Corner stall full of cheap toys for sale. Delicious and filling meals. Friendly service.

We’d heard about VEND from customers & friends in business so thought to explore beyond our own area and took drive to the other side of town.

The cafe is a must try. Great chefs with great food delivery in both taste and presentation. Well done to those working hard in the kitchen. You all do such a great job and the service is also very quick, reliable and the team so friendly.

Seems VEND has really outdone themselves with its business model. There’s lots to celebrate here. With shopping centre rent prices as high as they are. VEND is a great opportunity for small business owners to explore and consider. The only downsides I see visible is the wait time for a spot to arise and theft.

Items of each business is left unmanned with loose items on display. There’s no real security a sides from surveillance cameras but who knows if they’ve a team of Loss Prevention observing cameras all day all with immediate communications to ground staff.

Looks a little like at owners risk. In which case — if you’re the business owner - it would be a good idea to shelve all items behind glass or have items on lanyard locks. No one is exempt from theft in which case you’d need theft insurance or enough money to replace and replenish stolen goods.

The cafe here at the marketplace is a real find. It's very spacious, you can sit at tables, or on comfy couches, and there is also a large covered outdoor area. A great place to meet up with friends where you can feel comfortable for an extended stay. There's a good range of menu options and the meals are generous. The coffee is smooth and served nice and hot and there are quite a few very tempting cake options. The market stalls are good quality, with a lot of hand crafted items, artworks, clothes, plants and more. There aren't any stallholders, you pay up the front on your way out for anything you want to buy from the stalls. The cafe and stalls are under the one roof and there's a relaxed vibe where you can escape.

It is a nice indoor market-style shopping place with lots of different artistic and family-scale stores. The products and arts there are amazing to see. If you spend time and look closely enough you will definitely find something that you love and would take home.

Their cafe is up to standard. Coffee is good and food is of a good portion. You can spend a good 2 to 3 hours here enjoying the chilled environment filled with amazing local arts.

We had lunch at the cafe, before looking around the attached markets. Friendly, polite staff & reasonable food service time. Good menu selection. Bacon, eggs, hash browns & sourdough were alright. Veggie fritters were well presented & yummy. Coffee was really good. Reasonably priced menu. Markets have a really good variety of quality products. Large car park. Unfortunately only one women’s toilet.
