Always a quick and easy website to order my favourite pet products. Delivery as a VIP is quick too, however, the reason for not giving more stars is this - upon receiving my box I sliced the tape open with scissors as I always do, only to find I'd cut right through the cat food bag! Usually the packaging covers the goods for protection but sadly not this time.

Had issues when ordering on line sometimes.
Had issues when my order was simply not processed - potentially leaving my diabetic cat minus his food.
Their wonderful 25% off next food order when you have been using them for x amount of months - a joke. usually order 6 - 8 boxes of wet food at a time
my 25% came off the cost of one box !! so approx £1.40
had the cat eaten dry food 25% off £50 large sack would be a saving worth having.
Have now found a cheaper and more reliable supplier.

I am so happy with the service of MedicAnimal. I live in Paris. Some products ship from France, others the UK or Belgian. My orders are saved so I can copy them the next time. Delivery information is precise. The prices are 10-20% off my veterinarian's rates or grocery stores for snacks.
I highly recommend.

I ordered a hypoallergenic food for my cat worth nearly £50. MedicAnimal debited my account within a few days, yet they failed to send the parcel to the courier. After 3 weeks of chasing up over the phone, they finally discovered the mistake and promised to dispatch the parcel immediately. Another 2 weeks passed, still nothing. Then I had several versions of the story, depending which customer service staff I was talking to (the damaged parcel was returned to them, the parcel wasn't sent yet because an item was missing...). Finally I had to buy some overpriced hypoallergenic food in a small shop as my cat really can't eat anything else. I asked them to reimburse it (£11), as they failed not once but twice to deliver my order. They refused and offered me £5 voucher for my next purchase despite I made clear I will never use their services again. I then wrote a complaint to their complaint team and they completely ignored it. I will never use this company again and will definitely warn all of my friends.

Una auténtica pena el servicio en España, hago un pedido el día 8 de diciembre y a fecha del 26 aun no me ha llegado. Me daría igual si fuera un bien de consumo tecnológico o un regalo, pero es la comida para mi mascota. Al final he tenido que comprar en otra tienda, ya que incluso si les llamas (el día 26) el contestador indica que "no están disponibles por que es un día festivo (¿?). Ahora ni siquiera puedo cancelar el pedido y me ha tocado pagar dos veces (en su tienda y en otra) por el mismo servicio.

My first comment would have to be about the rapidity in asking for a review of my order. Your mail was dated the 31st May and my order has only just been delivered at 14:45 on June 4th. Perhaps you should think about delaying asking for a review to avoid negative responses.
Having said that, I have just put the cat litter tray down and both kittens have jumped into it and...so far...the floor isn't awash with stray litter, so I think it's a thumbs up. The item was very competitively priced and looks very well made. Excellent!!

I used MedicAnimal for my pooch's food and also recommended to my mum who lives in France and has used them too for her cat. The whole family loves MedicAnimal! Their prices are competitive and the food was delivered quickly. My mum's cat has kidney problems and it's important that her food is delivered quickly as we can't give her any other diet, so my mum couldn't be happier with them. You should see the smile on my dog when parcels gets delivered, she jumps all over the place! Would definitely use again and recommend.

Extremely poor customer service in France, however judging by the reviews in the UK, I gather there's no point complaining to the head office as I understand one does not get a reply.

Similar experience to some people here, the items are not delivered all at the same time and one has to chase the remaining of the order.

The customer service is non existent whatsoever. I would certainly not recommend this company.
