In the 3 years this company has been supplying vending where I work, EVERY item of food has gotten smaller & more expensive! I could get an amazing salad from a restaurant for what they're charging for almost no food!!! I will nor be spending my money with Imperial anymore!

We've got these guys in our break rooms here at work. Prices really aren't bad when comparing to driving down the road to QT.

Chips, bottled soda, muffins, etc are priced at a convenient store price...Here is where I get hung up...Red Bull or Monster Energy Drinks. $4.89 for a 12oz is outrageous and makes me not want to buy anything from our marketplace.

I understand it's a convenience for vending machines but the prices are RIDICULOUS!!!! $3.40 for a 1 1/2oz bag of potato chips is absurd!!! I work in a Nursing Home and a resident was upset she didn't have enough money for her "Treat". I was a bit shocked when she told me she had $2 and it wasn't enough. I get you people have to make money but ffs!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves charging those prices.

BEWARE! Prices increased in system but not on products. Card overcharged but they want to make it difficult to receive a refund. Will go to dollar store from now on. GOODBYE Imperial. Are is the name Bait & Switch?
