Really poor service for sellers. I do not recommend them. I delivered a package to a buyer on the platform on 1st November 2024. The buyer was terrific. The platform had however still not paid me despite numerous emails and texts. They promised to pay me within 24 hours on 23rd December but still nothing. Assume I now need to escalate the matter. Disappointing.

What a nightmare….I have been chasing HEW for around 2 weeks, asking to pay me my money for the item I sold. I cooperated with you for 8 years … and now I need to chase for the payment. HEW what’s up -no response at all. Accounts tells me “ we migrate to Stripes automated system. Sorry for the delay…
We will look into your payment now and manually process it for you” and no payment has been done! Don’t deal with these charlatans!

Brilliant website with absolutely gorgeous and 100% authentic items. The only issue I have with HEWI is dictating the age of items offered for sale. Except for Chanel and perhaps LV, HEWI rejects posting for sale items that may have been released 3 or 4 years ago. Why limit your offering for buyers? So long as the item is in excellent condition and authentic, why not just list them?

Great range of pieces at very affordable price points. The website keeps improving and the customer service is always reliable in my experience. Despatch can be a little slow during promotional periods, but that’s understandable and worth the discount you get in these periods. The best destination for pre owned clothes and accessories

Don't buy from here, total joke of a company. Bought a jacket and after a few days messaged to ask when it would be shipped. Was told there were delays at warehouse but could give absolutely no timescale. Said they would chase the warehouse and I'd have a response within 24 hours. A couple of week .passed and never heard despite sending emails chasing them, all emails were ignored. After around 3 weeks I called them and was told they'd look into it. I was informed their shipping company had ceased trading which they hadn't been informed of (really?!) and all stock was being moved so still couldn't give me a timescale. I requested a refund, atleast that came through quickly but very disappointing when I would have rather had the jacket.

Never ever ever sell with this company. If I could give negative stars I would. I sold 2 items and have waited weeks for payment, when you chase customer service they don’t answer any emails, or WhatsApp’s and when you call you get fobbed off. I call customer services from my phone and no one answers, i call from my work phone and I get through. I think they blocked me due to complaining. The only reason I finally got paid was due to threatening them with a court summons. Absolutely shocking company. Never sell with them.

Awesome experience. Saw a clutch I wanted for an event and was not sure it would arrive on time. Sent a note to customer service and response time was super speedy and they shipped my clutch as planned and it arrived as planned and I love my new clutch! Highly recommend!

HEWI is not legit. I bought 4 times from HEWI and every single one was a disaster. The first two were not original product, the third was damage (the top has two hole, very visible and the fabric is washed off but it still is on their website marked as NEVER WORN), I return it and was waiting over a month to get the refund (with dozens of massages asking them to processed). The last time I ordered a pair of jeans. I was waiting for a 10 days, no massage about the shipping so I asked them on WhatsApp, they said they can't find the jeans...I think this is one of this enterprise that earn a lot of money by not paying back and not sending stuff. All in all people probably have no time to argue with them... A bit more posh scam.
