Carey worked with me on replacing the roof of our property. He was responsive, communicated well & provided pictures along the way. We don’t live in the area anymore so weren’t able to be local, he made it easy to work with. Great experience, will hire them again in the future.

My chimney was covered with fake stone and developed some holes on the west face resulting in roof leaks with storms from the west. Carey came out and said he couldn't give an exact estimate until they got started. Worst case scenario would be taking all the shingles from the chimney west face down to the gutter, needing three bundles to replace them, take 2 days or maybe 3 and cost 2,000 or if that wasn't needed cost about 1500. I signed the estimate for 1500 to 2000. The work crew was good, professional and left a clean site. The new siding around the chimney looks good and time will tell if the leak was fixed. The problem is the crew only worked 7 hours the first day and less than 3 hours the second day. Instead of needing 3 bundles of shingles they only used a single shingle from a bundle I had. Hardly the worst case scenario but Carey still charged me the full $2,000. When I asked him about the bill he just said they were there for 2 days. I was satisfied with the job but because of the obvious overcharge I won't use EC Siding again or recommend them. Update- had a rain storm and the roof STILL LEAKS! $2,000 for nothing, nice work guys.

8 years ago was experiencing water leaks from roof into our attic. We own a 2 story older home part of roof is flat. To fix the leaks they with my permission sealed the attic access to the roof. I'm in my 60's and have no interest in climbing ladders to get on top of roof. The owner of company told me just call us we've got the young guys to go up. Call us I 5 or 6 years to inspect. Well I waited to long 8 yrs. Called them last week they came same day to inspect. That's rare these days. I wanted them to double coat the rubber flat roof for protection for sure and make any necessary repairs. They clearly reported the needed repairs. Then came the next day and did the work. He had estimated it would cost 1200 dollars. He told me the repairs were less than anticipated charged 975 instead. Said you should be good for 7-8 yrs. But suggested to call for inspection every 5yrs. I am totally satisfied with their fast and honest work. I will be recommend them to neighbors and friends.

Had leaking skylight. A and B ROOFING tried to fix it for over a year. Wouldn't answer phone calls, just took my money. Never fixed it. I finally gave up and called E C ROOFING. They came the next day. It's been raining ever since. Thank you for the excellent job. So far so good.
