Every single time I come to this store , minimum it takes me 15 to 20min just to check out. The employees are the slowest at the cashier register I swear. They need to get trained or replaced with faster workers on the register

Tonight, I needed to purchase an item. An employee helped me download the Albertsons' app. He helped me navigate & clip a digital coupon. I forgot to get his name, but I appreciate his help. The staff here have always been professional, patient & helpful especially when my kids were little & shopping with me!! I have lived in this neighborhood for more than 10 years. Thank you!!

Called to place an order for a cake for next day pick up and was rudely told that the cake decorator wasn't available because she was opening for another department Apparently there's only one person in the store that has the ability to decorate a cake.. I was also told that they need a 2 to 3 day notice in advance, this is crazy because Albertsons is my go to for the kids bday cakes and the soonest I've gotten them made was same day.. this location sucks!! get it together you all smh.

Okay...really!! I am a Vet, disabled, ordered a cake from Albertsons over the phone. The lady who took the order was great, cake was lovely, and delicious...BUT... I ordered MARBLE cake, which they do not make says their managers Allegra and Devo!!! Called, spoke with Devo who offered a $10 GC to Albertsons, which I might've welcomed, but he acted as if he had no clue what I was saying, like I was stealing from his mouth! Devo said that is Albertsons version of a marble cake (see images), after I explained there was no marbling or chocolate cake. I agreed to go to Albertsons to meet with Devo, so he could look at the pictures I took. He wasn't there when I managed to get out of bed following recent surgery. Anyway I make my way to the store on Balboa and meet with Allegra, who had already been informed by Devo I was coming. She was very excited to explain it was not THEIR fault as they don't make the cakes! The cakes are delivered frozen and they ice them. Umm whaaaa Albertsons does not make cakes? I've been buying cakes there for more than 15yrs, 3 or 4 times a year. The one in Burbank was amazing!! Allegra (repeating Devo's rethoric) said the cake was not traditional marble but it's "not their fault" because the cake was frozen and delivered to them that way!!! She made some lame offer of a future cake discount or layer... LMBO, like I'd ever go back to this chain. The cakes are great, but if Devo and Allegra, Mr and Mrs - It's Not Our Fault - blame someone else and walk away... are the face of Albertsons, I won't be back. I refused the discount...I’d rather folks know how sloppy these two managers are and the truth about Alberstons frozen cakes. I'm only one, but if enough people get the message out, maybe one will become 1000. Thank you Allegra and Devo!!!

I've been shopping there 20 yrs. Manager Bruce is friendly and professional. Nydia is very pleasant and easy on the eyes. Gina is nice. The deli staff are pretty stiff and sometimes it feels like I'm being ignored.. Julie is great..
