We rented equipment from EC Pro Audio recently for our daughter's wedding reception. Zak walked us through all the options and recommended the perfect sized package for our needs. He thoroughly explained how everything worked so it was easy to set up, even for a 1st time user. The sound was crisp and balanced, and the equipment performed flawlessly all night. I appreciated the flexible pick up / drop off options too, so we didn't have to worry about those logistics while entertaining loved ones over the weekend. I would recommend renting equipment from EC Pro Audio for anyone who wants user-friendly, high-quality equipment with awesome customer service to back it up!

Zak and his team at ECPA are great. It's the one place in town you can go in as a musician or sound engineer and feel truly welcome. They take the time with you to understand your needs without pressuring you into a decision or a sale. They carry the best of the best equipment and the deals are second to none. Happy to have them in Eau Claire.

If I could give them 6/5 stars, I would. I had a fairly complicated wedding setup - Zak was patient, flexible, and super helpful. I definitely recommend reaching out to Zak and the team if you are in need of any equipment for events, weddings etc!

We hired EC Pro Audio for our wedding and we were so impressed!
Zak worked with us to determine the ideal set up for our ceremony, and was able to foresee needs that we did not anticipate. He was highly communicative every step of the way, and even came out to the site early to make sure he had everything prepared and ready to go! He moved the equipment, set everything up, worked with our musicians and officiant to be sure that their needs were covered, too, and packed it all away and the end! On top of it all, he was so kind and easy to work with. It was a huge load off our minds, and we are so grateful EC Pro Audio was recommended to us! We’ll definitely be passing the recommendation along.

I brought my new-to-me Wurlitzer 200 to the folks at EC Pro Audio to get some brand new electronics installed, and was blown away by the superb customer service and excellent work that was done on my keyboard - it is a completely different instrument now, for all the right reasons! Absolutely the best to work with! Super flexible and patient as wedding plans were constantly changing. Zak played the keyboard as I walked down the aisle, and played other songs at various points in the ceremony. Several guests commented on how great the ceremony music was. It was everything I could have hoped for, and they handled everything I threw at them with grace. HIGHLY recommend!!

Absolutely enjoyed my experience here! I was looking to rent a 5 string bass for a gig I had coming up. The shop had a great selection to choose from and Zak was super helpful in helping me pick the right one. The entire process of renting was super easy and I really enjoyed the option to rent for a month because it gave me extra time to get comfortable with the 5 string. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy or rent their next piece of musical equipment!
