I have been taking my clothes to EC DRY CLEANING for 3 years and was very satisfied with their service and customer service until today. I picked up my clothes a week ago and 1 pair of pants still had a lot of link on them, so I asked the middle age lady could she remove the link and she did and it only took a few minutes. I put a sweater in the same day I picked up the pants and returned to pickup my sweater today. One sweater cost me$6.50, I don't mind the price, it is one of the owners I have a problem with. The young lady that waited on me today was polite, when I asked her could she please remove the link, it was not much and only took her a couple of minutes. This guy who she referred to was one of the owers, he came to the front and told me they don't remove link unless I pay extra. I would pay extra if I had known in advance, but I didn't know and there is no sign that say U have to pay extra to remove link. He was extremely rude to me and because of him, I said I would not return and he said to me he didn't care if I came back anymore. I had another sweater to be cleaned, but because of him, I didn't . I am 82 years old, I have many grandchildren, greatgrand children and one greatgreat grand and it is such a shame to be treated like that. I have spent $100 of dollars at this cleaners and would spend a lot more, but I deserve to be treated and respected better than this owner did to me today 🙃 I never told you my sweater didn't have lint on it when I brought it in, and you stated that would be extra, why wasn't I told that when I brought it in? You should tell customers upfront and post it somewhere or on the ticket 🎟

I love this place they always are able to work out the time it takes for the service even on their bussy days they will do their best to make sure they accommodate for when you need your items to be cleaned by. I’ve been going to get my work clothes cleaned here for like a year and a half. Allways do such a nice job.. I got my dressing pants and shirts tailored here as well they did a nice job. The workers always very respectful and kind. 5 stars well earned

I didn’t know what to expect when bringing my items here. I took three suit jackets and three pants expecting to pay about $50 bucks, but instead paid less than $30. Upon entering the store the welcoming was friendly and the man at the desk was kind enough to answer my questions. My suit jackets look amazing! I will continue to bring all of my work cloths here!

me parecio muy abusivo lo que cobraron por una bastilla sencilla de unos pantalones el que atiende te da un precio mas alto de lo que es, lleve otros pantalones a otro lugar y me cobraron la mitad de lo que pague alli, pregunten precio antes de dejarles algo porque si no te cobran de mas 😡

One of the best dry cleaners in Chicago. Very knowledgeable. the staff there is amazing especially the guy named Sam he gives you 100% of his service I’ve been going there for years. that family is just wonderful.

I was told my clothes would be ready within two days. I picked up on time. I provided specific directions on how to make alterations on my leather jacket. I wasn't given a receipt at time of pickup and was not shown my jacket prior to bagging it. I get home and the hole on my jacket was never fixed and directions provided we're not followed.
