The food was hot and fresh. Probably the best McDonald's I have been to in a while. Was made right and not slopped together. It did take more then the normal amount of time when they were not that busy. Customer service was great. Really friendly guy, made sure I had what I needed. Extra napkins, cupholder etc. Even opened the door for me as I was leaving. Had my hands full and my 2 yr old. There was a few homeless around but that's to be expected in that part of town, but they didn't bother you.

I hate McDonald's never go there, not even hungry. Pricy cold old awfully tastes food last time I was there three years ago only for the French fries. I also despite the order system. Hope they close McDonald's for ever. Rather In & Out warm service and better food

I would only go here if you're on a time limit. The food is okay when they get your order correct. Usually, they have some type of drama from the customers.

Every time I've visited this location, Jerome has provided some of the best customer service I've ever received! He was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of, and when he wasn't, he kept himself busy behind the counter. If I was local I would be a regular!

Came in at 6:22am for two sausage egg and cheese mcgridles. Food was hot and delicious, but the customer service i received from the person at the counter (he looked like he might have been a manager , but who knows) was excellent. He greeted me with a smile and left one with me as well. Extremely friendly and courteous, virtues not often found even in the high end restaurants in Las Vegas. To add to that this McDonald's location is in a particularly rough part of town. I would come back here anytime I'm in the area. Thank you to the employees here at this location who brightend my morning before work, while at the same time proving that customer service in the hospitality industry here in Vegas is not dead. Keep up the great work. Sometimes a friendly word and a smile can't make someone's day so much better.

Love our local McDonalds. Order is always ready on time (when placed online), fresh and correct. Lately, the app will say that the location is closed, but if you go there, it's open.

Found hair in my food, service sucks,and stinky homeless people doing nothing but hanging out in the dining area 😕
