I needed help sending a package to my son for Christmas and I was a little short and alexx from FedEx reached in his pocket and helped me get Christmas to my boy. In my opinion alexx is the spirit of federal express. Bless you guys and thank you for hiring employees like Alexx.

I was charged $150 online for the passport service. But in reality it's 3 pieces of paper containing my application and instructions. I could have gotten that for free at the post office. I still have to pay $241 in government fees. I also have to go to the clark county clerks office and submit my documents. I feel deceived. I thought the service charge was for them to process all my documents. $150 for 3 pieces of paper.

I’ve shipped a similar set of packages from FedEx in four different cities now due to trade shows and this was by far my best experience. Gary was clearly a professional who knew what he was doing. I was in and out of FedEx in just a few minutes. This location is also larger than your average.

I ordered Rush my passport service. The website told me to go to this store for photo and shipment. When I went there, this store had a problem with computer for printing passport photo. So I asked them when they can fix it. They told me to come back next day so they work on the problem the whole day. Next day, the info wasn’t even shared and not fixed at all. I paid extra couple hundreds dollar for this service because I was in rush. Now I wasted 2 days because of this store. Even worse, it happened on Thursday and now Friday… Stores are closed weekends? 2 more extra days waste. Very nice store to PRINT.

Anyone who’s doing Rush My Passport, never use this store. Staff there don’t even know how to take passport picture. They took picture without flashlights and sunlight lines were on my face, which may not be appropriate for passport photo. But staff didn’t care until questioned about it. So I asked them to retake it because of the sunlight.
Then the computer problem. Don’t waste your time here.

I always see Michelle at this location! She’s been there a while and knows what she’s doing. She always been kind and extra helpful to me. I met Shawn today. He was a nice lad who offered me good service and a friendly demeanor. Jenny was especially kind to me today. She was eager to please and helped me get things right with my resume. I’m very grateful for my experience at my neighborhood Kinkos! Thanks to all of the employees there who go out of their way to help.

Mi experiencia no fue buena . Una foto me costó 63 usd , solo una foto además una copia de un papel 3.85 usd solo una copia . !?!?! Entiendo el costo pero según decían q lo daban el mismo día en dos horas para mi sorpresa hasta el otro día la única foto , además que debes estar pagando el parking del negocio …. Por los trámites qué haces una copia y una foto salí a recargar el Peking 30 minutos y 30 minutos más . .!!!

My experience was not good. A photo cost me 63 usd, just one photo plus a copy of a piece of paper 3.85 usd just one copy. !?!?! I understand the cost but according to what they said they gave it the same day in two hours to my surprise until the next day the only photo, plus you must be paying for the business parking…. For the procedures what do you do a copy and a photo I went out to recharge the Peking 30 minutes and 30 minutes more. .!!!
Expensive and slow service. bad in my opinion
