Amazing location, instantly going to leave an impression on you. I love the small Shops they have, all are local and offer great stuff! If anything, the unique architecture makes it a great place to sit and relax.

I love the grass areas especially. Fergusons is a nice place to relax and catch your breath. You can enjoy yourself here by just relaxing.

And that's not even talking about the awesome Truck sculpture in the front. This place is cool, please visit and support local businesses!

Truly a vintage spot! They host local bands. With the intention of you exploring the shops that open during concerts! Shops carry amazing hand made items - gifts, T-shirts, vintage one of a kind items, hand made jewelry, sun catchers, home decor.
They even had an event across the street from Ferguson where vendors & shops showed off their wares to those who chose not to go into the venue to see a band playing this summer. A few shops are located outside also. But are open during concerts. Worth checking out- cocktails, shopping, live music, local vibe.

This place is so relaxing and peaceful! It's a great spot for downtown locals to work, social, and meet people! I love it, it's one of the best spots in Downtown Vegas. They also have this lounge area where you can just sit and relax.🤗

The most peaceful place I've seen in Vegas. If you enjoyed Container Park, chances are you'll like Fergusons too. I haven't tried the coffee place but it seems pretty popular and there was live music just outside of it when I visited in the afternoon. There's also shops in the repurposed motel rooms which is a nice novelty. The F bar had lovely service and good beer.

My fiancé and I had our wedding reception on the rooftop of Ferguson’s Downtown and we had the best experience! First, the rooftop space itself is super cute and totally captures the unique vibes of DTLV - this was exactly what we had in mind! 🎰

We also want to highlight the amazing experience we had working with Jeff at Fergusons. He and the team were not only professional and friendly, but were also super helpful with the planning process - organizing the catering, DJ, furniture rentals, floor plan, etc.

We arrived to the event and were happy to see that everything was organized, clean and running smoothly - the bartenders & food staff were efficient and great! Jeff really went above and beyond by surprising me and the groom with a wedding party toast - it was such a special moment! 💗 We really can’t thank everyone at Fergusons Downtown enough for making our night so amazing, it was absolutely perfect! ☺️

One of my new favorite hangout spots in Vegas. So much eye candy and good vibes all around. Mothership coffee has some excellent coffee and beverages at affordable prices. They have live music in the outside area, which is a great place to sit, have a picnic, etc.

OMG. I found my FAVORITE place to hang out here. It has little shops, eatery’s, and the Mothership Coffee Cafe. It is just breathtaking. There are many cool areas to relax and enjoy great company. You have to go and experience it. It is a MUST have.
