Sono stato in questo negozio con la mia ragazza in occasione di una giornata a Francoforte sul Meno, Il locale si trova affacciato sul Römerberg, la piazza più iconica del centro storico cittadino. All'esterno sono esposti numerosi articoli come magliette, calamite. tazze e molti altri souvenir. L'interno non è molto spazioso ma riesce a ospitare tantissimi oggetti a tema Francoforte sul Meno e Germania. Sono presenti anche magliette e sciarpe dedicate alle squadre di calcio tedesche.

This place is just awful. Insane prices. Souvenirs and cards are old, damaged and dirty. The owner/seller… I just have no words. A customer in front of me asked for help and he kept making inappropriate comments. When I came to pay he told me he is not going to take the payment by card as it’s 1 euro only. The way he said it is just indescribably rude. I have no clue how this place still exists. When I went to the neighbor souvenir shop the seller saw I was frustrated and asked me that happened. I told him what happened and he said it’s quite regular thing for him to be rude with customers and make inappropriate comments.

Um jeden Preis meiden!
Geringschätzung, Undankbarkeit und körperliche Aggression stehen hier an der Tagesordnung. Jeder andere Souvenir-Laden ist besser.
Wir haben vier Getränke gekauft und man dankte es uns indem gegen uns ein Hausverbot ausgesprochen wurde.
Damit nicht genug, hat der Besitzer einen von uns beim Hinausbegleiten so stark an die Wade getreten, dass ein schmerzhafter blauer Fleck die Folge war.

bought a teddy bear bear for 9,99, paid with a 20€ note: change: 0,01€. Only on repeated request the full change was received.
Get your souvenirs elsewhere.

Unfortunately I read the reviews on this shop too late, but I can confirm what others write: be careful! Not an honest seller!

I bought a T-Shirt for 20€ in cash because they told me it was not possible to pay with credit card.
After around 10 minutes, I came back to change size, but I realized I didn’t receive the recipe and went back to the shop to ask for it. While waiting for my turn, I heard the salesperson telling another customer she can pay with credit card up to 15 €.
Why for me was not possible?
When I asked for my recipe, they told me they already had thrown it away… all the situation was really unclear and unpleasant.

Dependiente borde y desagradable. Además, sitio carísimo, busquen otras alternativas para comprar sus souvenirs.

Abhängig grenzwertig und unangenehm. Da es sich ebenfalls um einen sehr teuren Ort handelt, sollten Sie nach anderen Alternativen suchen, um Ihre Souvenirs zu kaufen.

Teilweise sind dort minderwertige Magnete dort verkauft und wenn man fragt ob sie einen magneten auch in heile da haben heist es nein aber wenn jemand den kauft wird er gleich wieder aufgefüllt und die preise sind eher hoch im gegesatz zu anderen souvenir läden in der Umgebung eher die finger weg lassen dort
