I ordered an Xbox series S from this company (which i have used before). Everything is fine until halfway through the shipping, they returned the package to their warehouse without notice. I was able to track my package all the back to the origin (Jamaica NY). My payments all went through fine. I have reached out to their customer service. you will not get a response. So, here I am without my son's Xbox and out the down payment + another payment. Definitely got scammed. Contacting BBB.

I’m updating my review. I honestly felt scammed at first because This company makes it seem as if you’re getting a credit line with them which I thought meant I could buy some things on credit then make monthly payments but in reality they charge you up front then you make payments. Any who I had giving them a bad review because I felt scammed but they actually reached out to me and tried to resolve my situation which I appreciated and their shipping is like extremely fast. I received my ordered in 2 days!!! So that was nice. I’m not sure if I would order from them again though because some of the the stuff they sell is over priced and then they charge you a high shipping fee and tax but besides I appreciated someone reaching out to me via email. Oh and that’s another thing. They do not have a direct line. You must email them and then someone gets in contact with you.

Not a good company. No stars. I have sent seven emails concerning my order that I never received. However, took out payment. I have never received my item. They will not answer emails or messages. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

If you buy here pray you dont run into any issues, because they have no customer service whatsoever. I put in an order 10 days ago and they have not shipped the product yet. Their phone number is directly stated to not be used for customers and if you try to use it you have to leave a message anyway. The only way to contact them is via email to which you get a response saying our normal turn around is 2-3 business days to reply to your email, but due to a high volume of orders it may be longer.

It doesn't appear that chat is enabled for your business.

If i could give zero stars i would. I have spent a lot of money with this company. I had some theft occur so my last 3 or 4 payments were late. Over the course of 6 years i was rarely late but that doesn't matter i guess. Then i pay off my account in full and they froze it at first, i ask why and they say my payment history. Then i ask if i can re-establish i get im sorry the account is closed. Worst customer service i ever had!!! Like they don't even care.

I have ordered 2items and paid them off those were not a problem, but a month ago i ordered a phone that never showed up so a kind rep emailed me back and gave me a refund. Now im having a problem with this new xbox i ordered that has not even shipped and they want a paymengi tried emailing and i get the same generic response. I want to talk to someone on the phone instead of being given the run a round. I want my money back that i have already paid since ive been lied to by several different reps.

Truthfully anybody whi complains about paying money to have their ecertificates immediately and pay a small processing fee is just plain stupid! The reason u use the service is to avoid payong the full amount up front and pay it over time ! The payments are generally small and very easy ! What do u expect, ? Truly crazy to me the service is invaluable and has made many people happy in my life, very sorry that they haven't brought the program back! Great company! Would be better with the ecertificate program!

Sorry to say...my first few transactions were actually ok. Then, as there always is, an issue occured which they were not willing to rectify in the slightest.
A company making the money they do off last year's models should think twice about an " all sales are final" approach . Sometimes a little common sense goes a long way.
I ordered a TV which did NOT get shipped within the five days ( you have an option to pay more at checkout for faster shipping). When the five business days came and went I asked to cancel the order. Their response? Wow, no we can't, our orders to the vendors happen too fast.
Sooo, such lightening speed they haven't sent the product? And you are telling me you can't cancel an order that hasn't shipped yet? I call huge BS.
