Well what can you say about Straiton & Partners Rugeley, in a couple of words a top vet but if you what to know why i think there a top vets 100% read on.Lets start with probably after the health and well-being of are pets it's the cost of procedures and there not cheap so checked the internet and going old school calling people with a phone shocker ay LOL, anyway you put it after phoning round and getting quotes from £300 to £400 range vets4pets and Straiton's were cheaper than the rest but then.Straiton's cost even less by £50 to £60 pounds they were the winner, But the friendly and helpful staff on the phone at both place's, Then the face to face interactions was even better and talking over the putting my mind right at ease with there abilities as you get to talk to the vet thats doing the operation and ask them the the questions let niggle at the back of your mind when you can get to see the people that are taking care of your loved member of the family not just a pet/animal like you'd get at other Vets, Straiton's are more like all creatures, great and small and that's more peace of mind than you can or could buy for the member of the family that isn't able to you what happen's when your not able to see them and a pet that's happy to see a vet or go inside a place it doesn't mater how helpful staff are you know there afraid of going inside or being left there somethings not right ?

Brilliant Vet practice, good team of staff. full of good advice and Steve takes time with his patients. Steve's extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for your animals. highly recommended.

Been taking our various pets to this vets for nearly 40 years now, and have never had cause to question their expertise. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to register their pet with a vet. In particular, the vet Steve Foster at Rugeley, and Laura on Reception, are extremely helpful and friendly at all times. Steve is very good at explaining things and addressing any concerns we have had around our cat's illness and medication.

Can't fault the service provided by the staff at Straiton (Rugeley). Laura (reception) and Steve (vet) are fantastic. Been a customer of Straiton's surgery for 23 years and wouldn't consider anywhere else. And Molly agrees too 🙂

We have to go monthly due to my dog having addison’s disease. Every month all the staff are lovely and efficient with getting us in and out whilst still receiving good care. Due to my dogs condition she is very anxious, and the vets, nurses, and receptionists are all so good at making sure she feels comfortable and doesn’t panic. Would not go to any other vets.

Took Patch for his first visit to our new vets today.Patch behaved great the vet gave him a good check up and a booster needle .The vet at Straitons
