If you need property maintenance Carmen and her husband are the team! They did a great job with weed whacking my lawn and cleaning as needed. We recently purchased a home and sought out services for a deep clean. We are so happy to have found EC Maintenance and Cleaning, who went above and beyond. They are punctual, have excellent communication skills and suggestions, and show great pride in their work. The final result was a sparkling, fresh smelling home. Carmen and Elliot were even able to restore the oven and stove which now looks like new. We originally thought we would need to purchase a new appliance. I highly recommend! Carmen is professional, kind and non judgmental. I scheduled a walk thru for her to deep clean my disabled sister's apartment. It needed a great deal of care and after receiving a reasonable quote, we scheduled for later in the week, she informed me she would bring her husband to help with the deep clean. He was just as kind and professional and did a great job as well! I am always hesitate when inviting strangers in but had no worry what so ever! We plan to utilize her services monthly and will schedule her at my parent's apartment too! Thanks Carmen!
