Have been here multiple times for my desktop and everytime he has been helpful and understanding. Instead of just telling me he'll look at it he will show me what he is doing and help me understand parts of my computer I can easily repair at home myself...I have very little knowledge of computer hardware. Super friendly and extremely helpful. A diamond in a small hidden area and definitely worth going to for all repairs. Sticking with the guy for all my repairs even started calling him my computer guy.

Everything about the business that Brian is operating is great. My phone screen broke, so after calling multiple places around the Jacksonville area I found EC wireless and its very affordable pricing. Took the phone to him and he got it fixed in a few days, faster than most of the other businesses I called. Furthermore, Brian's shop's atmosphere is relaxing, and you can talk to him with ease and he can explain the issue with your device(s). He gave me some great life advice outside of just electronics as well. All in all, the prices are affordable, Mr. Hoy is friendly, social, and honest, and you can trust that your device(s) is/are in good hands.

I woke up this morning and my phone was dead. Could not turn it on. After panicking and going to another store that said it would take 2 weeks to fix my phone, I finally found EC Wireless. The owner, Brian, is the coolest guy in Hubert with funny jokes and a world of knowledge about fixing computers, iPads and phones. He tinkered around with my phone and in less than 15 minutes, he fixed it! I am so grateful and happy to find Brian’s shop and will definitely highly recommend his services to everyone!!

Questionable business practices. I brought an iPad in that needed to be fixed. After 6 months the work still wasn’t completed. The owner requested to delay my refund until he has his money back for parts, stating “he didn’t have the money.” He eventually relented after a friction filled conversation. It’s too bad prior to this event he seemed nice. I like supporting small businesses, unless process and professionalism adjust, I would avoid seeking service from this establishment.
