Their product literally never works and they’re not helpful. Worst purchase my company ever made. Members want to buy product and the drinks do not dispense. We are having a sale because our protein is going to expire soon solely because the machine isn’t dispensing. Idk where these 5 star reviews come from because we have had a terrible experience.

I had to do a lot more stuff than I thought I'd have to do to get my machine running but Derek was great. For some reason I call kept dropping but he followed up and called me back. I ended up having to reset the machine back to the manufacturer original. But he sent me directions and I walked through them by myself and was able to get everything going again. He is a great asset to your company. All my machines are from your company so I rest comfortably knowing that I will get good help if I need it.

We are new to the vending machine business. After getting stuck at a point where videos didn’t answer our questions, a phone call to Vendnet was all we needed. The reps were knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. They explained processes for us and even sent follow up videos that will help us with the issues we had in case we need for future reference!

Awful customer service from Vendnet. I placed an order for parts that were in stock and it took over 2 weeks for them to ship. The only reason they shipped is because I called (after emailing 4 times with no response) asking why the order hadn't shipped. The customer service rep said she would email their shipping department (I guess they answer internal emails but nothing from customers). It shipped that day.

You can never get someone on the phone without waiting 30+ minutes, unless you call them 5 minutes after they open. They will not respond to emails. Just today (12/11) I received a response to an email I sent October 30th about a specific part. The response told me to call their 800 number for help, even though I spelled out exactly what I needed help with in my email inquiry! After a month and a half of no response, they tell me that I should sit on hold waiting for a rep to answer. Ridiculous.

Hopefully someone at Vendnet reads this and understands how horrible their service is so they can start making changes to their processes and personnel so they can focus on the only thing that matters in business: SERVING YOUR CUSTOMERS.
