The women that works there in the morning doesn’t speak English. She rung up the wrong item and I couldn’t get a refund until the manager came at 11am. I waited there for 45minutes to get a refund. All they kept saying was I don’t understand. By the time the manager got there, 3 more people were waiting for the manager.

The ladies working here don't speak English and act like they are being forced to work, they don't know how to do anything and constantly have a long line waiting for a manager to show up and show them how to do their job. The guys at night are much better

I went in the store to load my card...and the lady Eva did just that then after the transaction was complete she told me my $100 was fake due to her machine not accepting it...however Eva did not perform necessary eye tests nor the feel of the collar.
Police were called thus embarrassing me even further smh...the police that came 3 deep all verified my money was indeed real and due to it being an old hundred the machine wont read it..Eva then had to proceed to giving me the change that was due.

711 needs to better train their employees to better serve their customers....there is no way that situation took place because an employee is ALWAYS to verify money first before proceeding to complete the transaction.

Juanita, the night clerk is very rude and arrogant. She refused to take dimes and nickels for an energy drink and bag of chips. It was only for a little over three dollars. How lazy can you get? She got really snappy with me and demanded that I had to have everything rolled up for her. Such a shame because I live about a quartet mile away from this store and I used to go there almost every day. There's also an older man that works here and always has a very mean glare on his face. I don't understand why people can't be polite. When I called the store manager, she yelled at me repeatedly. I was in shock. Very, very rude people.

This specific location is absolutely amazing!! Their customer service FIVE STARS and beyond. Beth should honestly receive Employee Of The Year Award. She is running that 711 just perfect!! Every time I need to get something I need I look forward to my visit cuz of how amazing Beth and the other 711 employee's make that store an uplifting place to be at. Thank You so much!!

God bless these employees for what ever there going through because its very sad when a customer gets attacked by an employee because of the stressful situation the company puts them through. I'm assuming. Because when an employee stressed it reflects on the company witch is sad because I dont know the owner but feel an obligation to let them or someone know what's going on here cuse there more then meets the eye here just like everywhere. Let us pray for these people and bless them with guidance to find happiness in there life in Jesus name we pray Amen.

I would never come to this store because the clerk or the cashier named Ashley. She very rude she be letting people get away with things. I just feel like she very unprofessional in so many ways and the way she talks to her co-workers I find that to be very disrespectful and unprofessional as well. This is the worse 7-Eleven I have been to because of how I was treated

Always FILTHY inside. Flies all over the coffee station. Slick, dirty floors. Witnessed a bum pull a cup out of the trash and fill it with water. GROSS. the loiterers at the door don't even let you in unless you give them a cigarette or spare change. Needles in the parking lot. Some one needs to crackdown on this store .
